## Terms — English ### Free service These Terms describe the Free Textelling service at textelling.com. Textelling creates fictional simulated conversations and other supported simulated media. Paid subscriptions, checkout, personal cloud-media uploads, server rendering and public AI-client connections are not included in this release. ### Eligibility and account access You must be at least 16 years old. Account project access requires email verification, server-side owner checks, your own acceptance of the applicable Terms and a separate age attestation. Use only your own account and keep its login information private. Email delivery alone does not establish authentication or acceptance. ### Content and permitted use Use only invented, non-sensitive text. Do not upload real conversations, third-party personal information, confidential information or sensitive information. You are responsible for rights to your content and for how you use simulated media. Do not deceive people about real statements or identities, harass others, infringe rights or carry out unlawful activity. Platform names describe visual simulations and do not imply platform endorsement. ### Scope and practical limits The Free service covers the guest editor, supported PNG and browser video exports, and private account-owned text project creation, editing, saving and reopening after the required account checks. Guest projects remain in browser storage; account projects are saved to the account database. Free videos are limited to 90 seconds and include the Textelling watermark. Cloud saving of uploaded personal media and paid billing are unavailable. Exports and saves may fail or conflict; verify the result and keep your own downloaded project copy. ### Availability, deletion and changes The operator may pause or change the service to investigate failures, address abuse or preserve availability. Service interruptions can occur. Keep your own copy of important projects. Account deletion and personal-data requests are handled separately from deleting an individual project. Deleting a project does not itself delete the account or separate acceptance and security records. Stopping access does not itself delete stored data or device copies. Contact the operator about account records and privacy requests; ownership must be verified before data is disclosed or a request is carried out. See the Privacy Notice.
