Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use Textelling for illegal content, fraud, phishing, fabricated evidence, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, privacy invasion, malicious code, unauthorized voice or image use, undisclosed commercial deception, or violations of platform rights.

Reports and enforcement

The future production process will provide a reviewed report and appeal path. Textelling may preserve limited information, investigate, restrict use, or make disclosures when legally required. These draft rules do not shift Textelling’s own privacy, security, takedown, or legal obligations to users.

Privacy in Free mode

Projects and media in the guest export flow are processed on your device. The server receives page and asset requests and export authorization requests; operational logs may include IP addresses and request paths. Instagram receives a request only if you choose its link.
