Request categories

You may contact Textelling about access, correction, export or portability, deletion, consent withdrawal where consent applies, or a privacy complaint. Email [email protected] with the category of request and enough non-sensitive context for us to respond. Do not include government identification, account credentials, or unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial email.

Identity verification and delivery

Sending an email does not complete identity verification. If a request proceeds, the future reviewed process may need to verify identity, authority to act for someone else, applicable jurisdiction, secure delivery, deadlines, appeal options, and regulator information. This draft page does not collect request evidence, create an application record, or promise a response deadline.

Privacy in Free mode

Projects and media in the guest export flow are processed on your device. The server receives page and asset requests and export authorization requests; operational logs may include IP addresses and request paths. Instagram receives a request only if you choose its link.
